Of those 13 participants who initially presented with a hyperuricemic sUA, 6 (46.2%) later converted to normouricemia during at least one subsequent measurement without intervention. There was no significant difference in conversion rates between the group with an initial sUA 6.9–7.5 (2/6, 33.3%) and the group with (4/7, 57.1%) (p = 0.59) (Fig. 2).
